Traditional operating systems rely on static heuristics for resource management, which are increasingly inadequate for modern heterogeneous hardware and dynamic workloads. The proposed AI Kernel Process (AIKP) shifts OS policy from reactive heuristics to predictive control by elevating AI to a first-class kernel subsystem. This architecture allows the kernel to ingest high-dimensional telemetry and generate optimized decisions for CPU scheduling, memory prefetching, and I/O orchestration without compromising core stability.
